You Could Hear a "Pin Drop"
A local real estate broker had a small team of agents were looking to merge with another well-established firm. The actual names of this branding has been changed because the deal ultimately did not go through. The integrity of the design is still intact. The original name had "hart" in it and they leveraged that over the years to reinforce that it wasn't just business, they really cared about the buyers and sellers. Based on that I wanted to continue to play off of the "heart (hart)" concept but have a real estate "feel" to it.
I was able to thread that needle and create a real estate pin drop icon that also created a heart.
