ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reports have become very popular over the past several years. Today, some might say "ESG" is a politically charged subject that's changing the landscape of corporations, banks, and how they interact and do business. These reports are not controversial to me; they are simply a great opportunity for me to design high-level, high-visibility reports that serve a vital role with investors and their rating agencies. In the first few years, the reports were over 40 pages. The most recent one became a highlights report with the bulk of the content living on the corporate website.
I have worked closely with finance, legal, executive management, the board of directors, and other groups at CrownCastle to bring these stories to life. I take the raw data and transform it into a compelling visual story that communicates our core initiatives easily and on brand.
