WHAT I DO
ICONOGRAPHY
If you've ever been at a restaurant and needed to use a public restroom, you've experienced the practical use of iconography. The definition of iconography is the design of graphical representations of concepts, people, places, and things. It is a visual language that helps people understand what you are trying to say. It simplifies a more complex meaning and creates a visual cue that communicates more quickly.

Many times designers will create a stylized family of icons that represent products, services, or even destinations on a website or interface. I've designed many suites of icons, most commonly for the hi-tech, communications industry where complex workflows and technology always need to be simplified. Take a look at some of the icons I have designed.
